At Seafolly, we want you to feel confident in your beachwear, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and all hygiene seals must remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and hygiene liners are still in place.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
